TDM provides repairs and replacement parts for Shell & Tube Exchangers and Pressure Vessels including new bundles, strip & re-tubing bundles, new channels, shells or headers, and gasket surface re-facing.
Machine Shop
Over the years the machine shop at TDM has grown. From machine work and drilling for heat exchangers and vessels to specialized one-of-a-kind parts, we have the experience and the equipment to do it all.
We drill and machine all of our own tubesheets, baffles, flanges, heads, etc.

Materials
We have supplier relationships and experience working with the following materials of construction:
- Carbon and low alloy steel
- Stainless Steels (300 series, 410, 904L, Duplex/Super Duplex)
- Chrome Alloys (9CR, 5CR, 2-1/4CR, 1-1/4CR)
- Nickel Alloys (Alloy 20, Nickel 200, Hastelloy, C276, C22, B2, B3, C2000, AL6XN, Inconel, Monel)
- Explosion Bonded Materials
Welding
TDM possesses a wide range of qualified welding procedures, and all of our welders are ASME qualified & tested.
